濾杯內部為胡元正先生所構思的原創溝槽,經反覆試驗後,達到他推算出的最佳均勻萃取流速,不易阻塞,
從而避免咖啡因萃取過度而產生的苦、澀、酸等異味,保留了咖啡的香味和口感。
胡元正先生提出的62度,使濾紙與濾杯貼合,達成一致的萃取。
濾杯上啞光釉,微現白瓷底色,棱角分明,透明立體,濾杯倒置燒制,釉自上而下由薄漸厚,
形成雅致的漸變效果,如一層薄雪輕柔覆於山峰,意境優美。
